My friend Laron said, “if you don’t LOVE it, DON’T buy it.” He has saved me so much money and doesn’t even know. After I watched this valuable video I just had to share. Thanks Kris, great words of advice.

Hey Lyndi.
Glad you dug the insight video. Now I can use this post of yours as an example for my group coaching peeps to see how easy it is to provide good content without even having to create it yourself!

Lol. The creator of Trikaya! She’s got a weird idea. For those of you who don’t know, the Buddha’s three bodies are called the Trikaya–dharmakaya, sambhogakaya, and nirmanakya. It’s like using the idea of Jesus (manifest form of God on earth) to go shopping.
Hi Sarah.
This is Kris, the creator of Trikaya. Lyndi asked me to respond to your post since she wasn’t quite sure how. Just wanted to let you know that the word Trikaya itself is Sanskrit for “trinity” — which shows up many times in yoga, and for that matter, several different metaphysical and spiritual contexts. And you are correct. One other use of the word is found in the Buddhist religion, which I have no ties to.
BTW, if you go to India or Thailand you see “Trikaya Travel”, “Trikaya Restaurants”, “Trikaya Graphic Design”, you meet people named “Trikaya”… it’s a fairly common term. Just like you meet people in the US named “Trinity”. No disrespect intended, just a different use for the word.
Just wanted to clarify
All the love,
Kris
I’ve never been to India, but I’ve been a student of Buddhism for several years. I shouldn’t be surprised that words over the years (Sanskrit words like trikaya being thousands of years old) loose their sacred meaning to the mundane–we do it all the time here. Thanks for the clarification, Kris.
